We recreate microphysiological conditions in our organ-on-chip platform technology as close as possible to the ones in the human body so that natural tissue properties are established in our ex vivo and in vitro models. We demonstrate superior morphology and barrier properties in our 4D tissue models and the ability to mimic the function of the blood flow. This next generation technology enables new discovery and methods in mechanistic studies for quantifying and qualifying the safety, efficacy and permeation of active ingredients and product formulations.
