Human tissue biopsies are loaded in the REVEx™ chip while 4D cell co-cultures are grown in the REVIn™ plate under dynamic conditions.
REVIVO microfluidic devices are mounted on the ReleGO™ system and the eluates collected in 96-well plates. ReleGO™ is an automated fraction collector with temperature control and sensing electrodes.
REVIVO devices and the ReleGO™ system enable mimicking the function of the blood flow to create in vivo-like conditions. This provides the most realistic ex vivo and in vitro human tissue models currently available.
